Application:
5 Kg Batch of Mince
4.75 Kg (95%) Mince Meat
0.250 Kg (5%) Taco Seasoning
Cooking Instructions:
Place mince in a pan that is at a medium - high heat.
Break up the mince with a spatula or wooden spoon and cook for 5-7 minutes while stirring occasionally.
Once the mince has an even browning serve in tortillas with your favourite taco pairings such as capsicum, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole.
Chefs Tip:
Add veggies into the mix so it is a shelf ready meal ”Just add tinned tomatoes”, Think stir fry in your cabinet. Great addition to a pie for a Mexican angle.
