Beef pieces 50%
Water for boiling meat 32%
Combine 8% Pre-mix with 10% Water to form a gravy slurry.
Boil 50% Meat in 32% Water until cooked.
Add gravy slurry and agitate and simmer for 5 minutes.
Adjust back to 100% with water before filling into pastry.
