11% Sausage Roll Pre-Mix
12% Fine White Breadcrumb
25% Cold Water
50% Minced Meat (consisting of 25% Lamb & 25% Beef)
2% Finely Grated Fresh Onion
Blend the premix with the raw meat, then add water, breadcrumbs, followed by the fresh onions.
Apply the filling mixture to the pastry, seal, glaze and bake as required.
