Application

Combine 9% pre-mix with 10% water to form a gravy slurry.
Boil 48% Meat in 33% water until cooked. Add gravy slurry and agitate and simmer for 5 minutes. Adjust back to 100% with water before filling into pastry.

These DFU's are a guide only and are based on a theoretical pastry to fill ratio of 47% : 53%.
