1.6 Kg (32%) Beef Skirt Mince (79CL minimum)
1.6 Kg (32%) Pork Shoulder Mince (79CL minimum)
1 Kg (20%) Pork Back Fat Mince
300g (6%) Beef/Pork Cevapcici Premix
500g (10%) Chilled Water
Cooking Instructions:
- Place cevap on preheated pan (medium-high).

Cook for 4-5 minutes each side, turn occasionally to ensure an even browning (Internal temperature should reach at least 75C.)
- Remove cevap from pan and let it rest for a few minutes.

Serve with pita bread, chopped onions, tzatziki and a fresh salad.
