Beef/Pork Cevap Pre-Mix (GF)

Bring the taste of the Balkans to your table with our Beef/Pork Cevap Premix, a carefully crafted blend that captures the authentic flavours of traditional cevapi. This mix combines a perfect balance of savoury spices, including paprika, garlic, and black pepper, to create juicy, flavourful cevapcici that are rich in taste and texture.

Application:

5 Kg Batch of Cevap
1.6 Kg (32%) Beef Skirt Mince (79CL minimum)
1.6 Kg (32%) Pork Shoulder Mince (79CL minimum)
1 Kg (20%) Pork Back Fat Mince
300g (6%) Beef/Pork Cevapcici Premix
500g (10%) Chilled Water

Cooking Instructions:

1. Place cevap on preheated pan (medium-high).
2. Cook for 4-5 minutes each side, turn occasionally to ensure an even browning (Internal temperature should reach at least 75C.)
3. Remove cevap from pan and let it rest for a few minutes.
4. Serve with pita bread, chopped onions, tzatziki and a fresh salad.
