Vietnamese Lemongrass and Coconut Sausage Premix GF

This blend combines the zesty, citrusy aroma of fresh lemongrass with the creamy sweetness of coconut, infused with subtle spices to create an authentic taste of Vietnam. Perfect for crafting sausages with a delightful balance of savory and aromatic notes.

Application: 

10 Kg Batch of Sausages
7.5 Kg (75%) Meat & Fat (67CL minimum)
1 Kg (10%) Premix
1.5 Kg (15%) Iced Water

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat BBQ or pan to medium heat and lightly oil to prevent sticking.
Place sausages on the BBQ or pan and cook for 12-15 minutes or until an internal temperature of 75C, turn occasionally to ensure even browning.
Once cooked, let the sausages rest for a few minutes before serving
Serve with mashed potato, salad or vegetables.

Chefs Tip:

To elevate the sausage try adding some grated carrot and asian herbs. Try making into small meatballs for a stir fry or even do a 50/50 mix with another FM product
