Application:
10 Kg Batch of Sausages
7.5 Kg (75%) Meat & Fat (67CL minimum)
1 Kg (10%) Premix
1.5 Kg (15%) Iced Water
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat BBQ or pan to medium heat and lightly oil to prevent sticking.
Place sausages on the BBQ or pan and cook for 12-15 minutes or until an internal temperature of 75C, turn occasionally to ensure even browning.
Once cooked, let the sausages rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve with mashed potato, salad or vegetables.
Chefs Tip:
To elevate the sausage try adding grated zucchini, extra parsley and Parmesan or a simple touch of chilli for a little kick.
