Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 180C.
Place turkey breast in preheated oven for 60-75 minutes or until the internal temperature of the thickest part of the breast reaches 75C.
Once cooked, remove the turkey breast from the oven, loosely cover with foil and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Slice turkey breast and serve with your favourite roasted vegetable and The Secret Ingredient Turkey Gravy.
